Shipping Policy – Brennan’s Irish Linens

At Brennan’s Irish Linens, every product is crafted with care, using authentic Irish-made linen and traditional techniques. We do our best to deliver your order quickly, safely and reliably. Please read our shipping details below.


Processing Times

  • All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • As our products are made in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

  • During busy periods, new product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If so, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Ireland & Northern Ireland

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and parcel size

United Kingdom (GB)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

United States & Canada

  • Tracked International Delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Please allow extra time during customs checks.

Europe

  • Standard or Tracked Europe Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Rest of World

  • International Delivery: 10–21 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note: These timeframes are estimates provided by our delivery partners.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Brennan’s Irish Linens is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information

  2. Contact the courier directly (their details will be included in your confirmation email)

  3. Email us at sinead@brennansirishlinens.com and we will help resolve the issue

Lost parcel claims must be raised within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery charges.


Local Collection (if applicable)

If you choose local collection (Belfast), we will email you to arrange a suitable collection time.


Sustainable Packaging

We use environmentally conscious packaging wherever possible, including recyclable and reusable materials, in keeping with our commitment to heritage craft and responsible production.
